The app for a tennis club. Group and one-to-one.
A tennis club rarely has one kind of member. There is the coaching school group, there are competitors working one-to-one, and there are adult members paying for themselves. Clubiqo keeps all three in the same record — with different prices, different schedules, and a way to collect that still works when there is no parent involved.
Group and individual slots
Recurring sessions for the coaching school and one-off slots for competitors, in one calendar.
Collecting from adult members
Adults have no parent account — the debtor list builds itself and you send from your own phone.
Drawing on a tennis court
Sketch positions, movement and drills straight onto the court and save them as templates.
Tournaments and placings
A tournament is an event with confirmations, an entry fee and placings on the player's profile.
Three kinds of member, one record
The coaching school, the competitive squad and the adult members have different prices and different schedules — but the club has one list of people and one set of accounts. Categories are defined however suits you, each with its own fee.
- Categories by age, by level or by programme
- A separate fee per category
- A discount per player — siblings, two programmes, staff children
- Active / inactive status for seasonal members
- Sign-up through a link or a QR code
- Import an existing list from a spreadsheet
A schedule that takes changes
In tennis a slot moves for rain, for a tournament, for school. Recurring sessions are booked months ahead, and when something shifts the notification reaches the people it concerns automatically.
- Recurring sessions booked several months at a time
- One-off slots for individual work with competitors
- Session types — technique, conditioning, match play
- Calendar with filters and session statuses
- Automatic notifications when the schedule changes
- Guest players from other groups on an individual slot
Attendance and collection without a notebook
For coaching-school groups the parent wants to know how many sessions their child made. For adult members the club wants to know who hasn't paid. The same record answers both — attendance is checked in courtside, and fees are raised automatically each month.
- One-tap check-in, right there on court
- Attendance percentage per player and per category
- Monthly fees generated automatically
- Cash or bank transfer, with the full payment history
- Receipts and invoices carrying the club's details
- SMS reminders for adult members with no parent account
Tournaments, entry fees and statistics
A tournament means entries, a fee and travel. That is one event in the app, with confirmations and costs charged per player — and afterwards the same event carries the placing and the coach's note.
- Tournaments, camps and training weeks as events
- Call-ups with parent confirmation
- Placings and medals per competition
- Costs — entry, transport, accommodation — per player
- Rating and coach's note after a match
- Duplicate an existing fixture
Common questions
Can it handle one-to-one coaching, not just groups?
Yes. Alongside recurring group sessions you can book one-off slots — individual work with a competitor, for example. You can also add players from other groups to a single slot without permanently moving them into another category.
How do adult members get billed?
Adult members have no parent account, so a reminder can't reach them as a push notification. For them Clubiqo builds the debtor list for the month you choose and opens your phone's messaging app with the numbers and the text you wrote. No SMS gateway, no subscription, no per-message charge.
Does the same thing work for a volleyball or handball club?
It does. Categories, attendance, fees, competitions and the parent app are identical across sports — the only difference is the surface used for drawing drills, which exists for volleyball, basketball, tennis, athletics, football, handball and others.
Can the club sell equipment through the app?
Yes. Racquets, kit and club clothing are club products, with part payments and a due date. The club sees who has settled, who owes and who is past the date, and the parent sees the amount paid and remaining in their app.
