FOR MEMBERS' PARENTS

A parent app that closes the group chat.

Most of the admin in a club isn't spreadsheets — it is answering the same questions. Did my child go to training. Is the fee paid. When is the showcase. What does the entry cost. Once parents have all of it in their own app, the club stops being a help desk and goes back to coaching.

Finances in one place

Fees, purchases and competition costs — always clear what is paid and what is left.

A view of attendance

Every session, with the attendance percentage and the reason behind every excused absence.

Progress and achievements

Belts and levels, placings, match ratings and the coach's notes.

Club announcements

A push notification for everything that matters — from a recorded payment to a competition call-up.

Money without misunderstandings

Most of the friction between a club and its parents comes from amounts nobody sees in the same place. Once fees, purchases and competition costs sit in one summary, with a date and a method on every payment, there is almost nothing left to misunderstand.

  • Fees by month: paid and outstanding
  • Club purchases with the amount paid and remaining
  • Competition costs — entry, travel, accommodation
  • A history of every payment with date and method
  • A push notification when a payment is recorded
  • A reminder when a fee falls due

Attendance parents see without asking

A parent who drops a child at the door and leaves has no way of knowing they went in. An attendance calendar and a percentage settle that without a single message to the coach.

  • Daily status: present, absent, excused
  • A full month's attendance calendar
  • The attendance percentage over the month
  • The coach's note on an individual session
  • The reason behind every excused absence
  • A notification when the schedule changes

Progress you can see, not hear about second-hand

This is the part parents use most and clubs most often lack. A belt, a level, a medal, a match rating — these are the moments that keep a child in the club, and keep a parent paying.

  • Current belt or level and the grading history
  • Medals and placings from competitions
  • Rating and minutes from matches and competitions
  • An in-app congratulation when a child moves up
  • A ready-made graphic to share on social media
  • Medical check approved or rejected

The club decides what parents see

Not every club is ready to open everything to parents. So each module of the parent app is switched on separately — you can show attendance and hide the finances, or the other way round.

  • Parent app modules enabled at the club's discretion
  • Custom questions parents answer for each child
  • Announcements targeted per category, with images
  • Club documents to download: rules, price list, forms
  • A history of everything that has been sent
  • Several children of one parent on a single account

Common questions

Do parents pay anything for the app?

No. The parent app is included in the club's subscription and free for parents. The club pays one subscription based on its number of active players, and the number of parent accounts doesn't affect the price.

What if a parent has two children at the club?

Both appear on the same account, each with its own view of attendance, fees and progress. The parent doesn't have to sign out and back in to switch between them.

Can the club hide the finances from parents?

Yes. The club chooses which modules parents see at all, so you can show attendance and progress while hiding the financial summary — or the reverse. The setting applies club-wide.

How does a parent get an account?

The parent is linked to the child at sign-up, through a link or QR code the club shares. If the child is already on the roster, the club sends an invitation to the phone number or email on the child's profile.
