The app for a football club. U9 to the first team.
A football club with six age groups means six player lists, six training schedules and one spreadsheet kept alive by one person — usually the chairman, usually late at night. Clubiqo replaces that: the coach marks attendance from a phone while still on the pitch, the parent sees in their own app whether the fee is paid, and the board sees on the dashboard how much money actually came in this month.
Age groups
U9, U11, U13, U15, U17, first team — each group with its own roster, its own schedule and its own fee.
Matches and tournaments
Call players up with parent confirmation, then record the result, minutes played, rating and the coach's note.
Tactics on the pitch
Sketch the line-up, runs and set pieces straight onto a football pitch and save the drill as a template.
Medical checks
Every check has an expiry date and a warning before it lapses — so nobody takes the pitch without a valid one.
Six age groups, one player record
A player stays with a football club for years — from the academy to the first team — changing age group, position and their parent's phone number along the way. Instead of a spreadsheet rewritten every summer, each player has a profile that travels with them.
- Personal details, photo, date of birth and position
- Age group and active / inactive status, with a history of moves
- Parent contact and emergency contact
- Health record: blood type, allergies, chronic injuries
- New players sign up through a link or a QR code at reception
- Import an existing roster from a spreadsheet — no retyping
Attendance is recorded on the pitch, not at home that evening
The coach opens today's session on a phone and goes down the list with one tap per player. A child whose parent called ahead about a maths test is marked excused with the reason attached, and the parent sees it in their app straight away.
- One-tap check-in, right there at training
- Present, absent and excused with a reason
- A note on the session that the parent sees immediately
- Attendance percentage per player and per age group
- Calendar view and the trend over any period
- Export the full record to Excel
Fees that collect themselves
The money a club loses is rarely the fee someone refused to pay — it is the fee everyone forgot. Clubiqo raises each month's charges automatically at the prices you set, and parents who haven't paid get a reminder without anyone having to make the call.
- Monthly fees generated automatically
- A separate price per age group and a discount per player (siblings, staff children)
- Schedule a price change from the first of next month
- Cash or bank transfer, with the full payment history
- Receipts and invoices carrying the club's details
- Automatic reminders to the parents who haven't paid
Matches, tournaments and what happens after them
A friendly on Saturday means a call-up list, parent confirmations, transport and an entry fee. All of it is one event in the app — and after the final whistle that same event carries the result and the statistics of every player who featured.
- Matches, tournaments, camps and pre-season as distinct events
- Call-ups with parent confirmation
- Result, minutes played, rating and coach's note per player
- Placings and medals per competition
- Competition costs — entry, transport, accommodation — charged per player
- Duplicate an existing fixture for the next round
Common questions
Can each age group have its own fee?
Yes. The price is set at club level and then overridden per age group — one price for the academy, another for U15, another for the first team. On top of that an individual player can get a discount or a custom amount, for siblings or staff children. A price change is scheduled from the first of the next month, so the current month is untouched.
How does a coach see only their own group?
A coach is added as a user with precise permissions, set separately for each module. You can give them access to the groups they run only, allow attendance check-in and block the finances entirely. Coaches also get their own view built for pitchside use, showing their sessions and their pay per session.
What happens with medical checks?
Each check is entered with its date and expiry, and the club is warned before it lapses. The dashboard carries a list of players whose check is about to expire, so nobody takes the pitch without a valid one. Parents see their child's status in their own app.
Can I bring across the roster I already have?
Yes. Players import from a spreadsheet, so nothing has to be retyped. If you don't have one, new players sign up through a link or a QR code — the parent fills in the child's details and the club simply approves them.
Does it work for both the academy and the senior side?
Both, in the same club. The difference is that senior players usually have no parent account, so they get the SMS debt reminder instead — the app builds the list of who owes what and opens your phone's messaging app with the numbers and the text filled in. For younger groups the reminder goes to the parent as a push notification.
