ATTENDANCE RECORDS

Attendance tracking from the pitch, in one tap.

A notebook works until you leave it in the car, until it gets wet, or until somebody has to add up who came how many times over six months. Clubiqo records attendance where it happens — at training, on the coach's phone — and turns it straight into something the parent sees the same day and the club uses for gradings, selection and conversations about fees.

One-tap check-in

The coach works down the list in half a minute, right there — with a session attached or on its own.

Excused, with a reason

Three statuses instead of two, with the reason and a note the parent sees straight away.

A percentage nobody calculates by hand

Per player and per category, over any period — with a calendar view and the trend.

Export for the federation and the board

The whole record to Excel, or synced automatically into spreadsheets in your own Google Drive.

A record made on the pitch

Attendance written up at home in the evening is attendance remembered wrong. So it is checked in immediately — the coach opens today's slot and works down the list, and if the group turned up in full that is a single action.

  • One tap per player
  • Attendance tied to a specific session, or standalone
  • Present, absent and excused with a reason
  • A note on the session the parent sees immediately
  • Guest players from other groups on a single slot
  • Works on a phone, on the pitch, with no computer

The answer to the question parents ask most

"Did my child actually go to training?" is the question a club fields most often in a year. Once the parent can open their app and see the attendance calendar and this month's percentage, it stops being asked — and once they can see the coach's note, the conversation gets better.

  • Daily status: present, absent, excused
  • A full month's attendance calendar in the parent app
  • The attendance percentage over the month
  • The coach's note on an individual session
  • A push notification when the coach leaves a note
  • The club decides whether parents see this module at all

Attendance as the basis for decisions

Who grades, who travels to the tournament, whose fee is reduced because of an injury — all decisions that get easier when there is a number behind them rather than an impression.

  • Attendance percentage per player over any period
  • Percentage per category, to compare groups
  • The attendance trend over a chosen period
  • A calendar view of the whole season
  • Attendance statistics alongside session and event statistics
  • Export every report to Excel

Coach attendance, not just players'

In clubs that pay coaches per session, the record of the coach's own attendance matters as much as the players' — and it is usually kept in a third place, separate from everything else.

  • A record of coach attendance per session
  • Pay per session, calculated automatically
  • Coaches see their own sessions and earnings in their app
  • Precise permissions — a coach sees only their own groups
  • A separate coach view built for pitchside use
  • Three roles in the system: admin, coach and parent

Common questions

Does the coach need internet on the pitch?

The app runs on the coach's phone and syncs automatically, so a connection is needed to save. In practice that is rarely a problem, since check-in takes half a minute at the start of the session. The data is the same in the mobile app and on the web dashboard, so the record can be topped up from a computer if needed.

Can I see attendance for the whole of last season?

Yes. The percentage is calculated over any period you choose, with a calendar view and the trend. The whole record exports to Excel, and if the club connects its Google account the data is written into spreadsheets in its own Google Drive, daily or weekly.

What does "excused" mean?

It is a third status alongside present and absent, with the reason recorded — illness, a test at school, a family reason. The distinction matters because an absence the club accepted doesn't spoil the attendance percentage, and the parent sees in their app that it was logged as excused.

Do parents see attendance straight away?

Yes, the same day. The parent app carries the daily status, a full month's attendance calendar and the percentage, along with the coach's notes on individual sessions. The club chooses which modules parents see at all.
