What counts as an active player
An active player is one currently training and being tracked. Players marked inactive — those who paused or left — stay in the database with their full history, but don't count towards the price.

Common questions
Is a credit card needed for the trial?
No. You sign up, get full access to every feature for 14 days, and only choose a plan once the trial ends. If you choose nothing, no subscription starts on its own.
What happens if the club outgrows its plan?
It moves to the next tier, matching the new number of active players. The same works in reverse — if the active count falls, the club moves down. Players marked inactive don't count.
How much does the annual plan save?
An annual subscription includes two months free compared with paying monthly. A plan costing €30 a month is €300 a year rather than €360.
Are there hidden costs, commission or per-message charges?
None. Clubiqo isn't a payment processor — fee money goes straight to the club, in cash or to its account, so there is no per-transaction commission. SMS reminders are sent from your own phone, so there is no gateway and no per-message charge. Onboarding and migrating your existing records are free.
Can one account run several clubs?
Yes. You switch between clubs without signing out, and each club's data stays entirely separate. If you run several clubs or a federation, write to [email protected] and we'll arrange terms.
