Why the price doesn't rise with features

When software is split into tiers, the club least able to pay is reliably missing exactly what it needs most — usually collection and parent communication. So Clubiqo has no tiers: the only variable is the number of active players, and every feature is in every plan.

What we do with a club's data

Clubs trust us with data about minors — names, dates of birth, health records and parent contacts. That is a responsibility a sentence in the terms of service doesn't discharge.

How new features come about

Most of what Clubiqo does today was asked for by the clubs using it. SMS reminders exist because clubs with adult members have nobody to push a notification to. The belt system exists because martial arts clubs track it anyway, on paper.

Is Clubiqo only for clubs in Serbia?

No. The platform is available in Serbian and English, and clubs use it across the Balkans, in the United States and in the United Kingdom. Prices are in euros, and membership fees are collected in whatever currency and manner the club already uses — Clubiqo records collection, it doesn't process the payment.

Where is a club's data stored?

On secure cloud servers, encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict separation between clubs. Data isn't shared with third parties without the club's consent. A club can export any report to Excel at any time, or connect its own Google account and have the data written into its own Google Drive automatically.
