The app for a basketball club. The whole club on a phone.
A basketball club lives on how many children are in the gym and on whether the fees come in on time. Clubiqo covers both: the coach marks attendance while the team is still changing, the parent sees how many sessions their child made this month, and the club reads its collection rate off the dashboard without adding up a single column by hand.
Tactics on a real court
Draw screens, off-ball movement and set plays on the court itself, then save it as a template and share it.
Age groups and squads
Minis, cadets, juniors, seniors — each squad with its own roster, schedule and fee.
Game statistics
Minutes, rating and coach's note per player, plus placings and medals per tournament.
Collection on one screen
Collected, outstanding and the collection rate for the current month, with revenue broken down by squad.
Squads, rosters and gym slots
Gym time is scarce and the schedule shifts every week. Recurring sessions are booked months ahead, and when a slot moves the notification reaches parents automatically — with nobody typing into a WhatsApp group.
- Recurring sessions booked several months at a time
- More than one squad on a single slot, when they share the gym
- Guest players from other groups on an individual session
- Calendar with filters and session statuses
- Automatic notifications when the schedule changes
- Session types — conditioning, tactics, shooting, game
Attendance the parent sees the same day
"Did my child actually go to training?" is the question clubs field most often. Once the parent can open their app and see the attendance calendar and percentage, the question stops being asked.
- One-tap check-in, with or without a session attached
- Present, absent and excused with a reason
- Attendance percentage per player and per squad
- Coach's note on an individual session
- The attendance trend over any period
- Export to Excel for federation paperwork
Drawing drills on the court itself
The tactics board in your bag becomes a court in the app. Draw the play, mark the players and the movement, save it as a template — and next time open it in half a second instead of drawing it again.
- A basketball court in true proportions
- Arrows, players, text and shapes — freehand drawing
- Drills saved as templates and reused
- Share a drill with the rest of the coaching staff
- The same tool covers volleyball, tennis, athletics and other surfaces
Kit, entry fees and everything charged beyond the membership
Jerseys, tracksuits, the entry fee for a tournament in another town, the coach — these are the amounts somebody tracks in a notebook. In Clubiqo they are products and competition costs, with part payments and a due date.
- Club products: jerseys, tracksuits, kit, bundles
- Assign to one player or to a whole squad at once
- Part payments — each instalment recorded separately
- See who has settled, who owes and who is past the due date
- Competition costs charged per player
- Remind everyone who owes in one click
Common questions
Can one session cover two squads?
It can. A slot accepts several age groups at once, which is normal when two squads share the gym. You can also add players from other groups to an individual session — a cadet training with the juniors, say — without permanently moving them into another squad.
How are game statistics recorded?
A game is created as an event, players are called up, and parents confirm. After the game you enter the result and, per player, minutes, rating and the coach's note. Placings and medals are kept per competition and appear on the player's profile, and the parent follows them in their own app.
Does the parent see what their child owes?
Yes. The parent's app carries a financial summary: fees by month with what is paid and what is outstanding, club purchases with the amount paid and remaining, and competition costs. Every payment carries a date and a method, so there is no argument about what has been settled.
What if the club also runs a school for the youngest?
The school runs as its own age group with its own price, schedule and roster. Younger groups often also use the progression system — levels the parent follows in the app alongside an in-app congratulation and a graphic ready for social media.
