1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Clubiqo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clubiqo platform, including the mobile application (available for iOS and Android) and the web dashboard ("Service").

By using the Clubiqo platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of the Service

Clubiqo is a comprehensive sports club management platform that enables:

• Recording and managing player data
• Tracking training attendance
• Scheduling and managing training sessions
• Managing membership fees and payments
• Analytics and reports on club activities
• Sending notifications to club members

The Service is available as a mobile application (iOS and Android) and a web dashboard. Both versions share the same database and synchronize in real time.

3. Registration and Account

To use Clubiqo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Verify your email address via OTP verification
• Keep your password and access credentials confidential
• Use only one account per person

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. In the event of unauthorized access to your account, you are required to notify us immediately at [email protected].

4. User Roles and Access

The Clubiqo platform supports different user roles with corresponding access levels:

Administrator

• Full access to all platform features
• Creating and managing the club
• Managing users, players, and categories
• Access to financial reports and analytics
• Managing subscriptions and club settings

Coach

• Access to training sessions and schedules
• Recording player attendance
• Viewing player data
• Adding notes and remarks

Parent

• Viewing their child's activities and attendance
• Viewing training schedules
• Tracking membership fee status
• Receiving notifications from the club

5. Multi-Club Usage

Clubiqo allows managing multiple clubs from a single user account. Users can:

• Create or be invited to multiple clubs
• Switch between clubs without needing to log out
• Have different roles in different clubs

Each club has separate data and settings. Data from one club is not accessible to users of another club.

6. Subscription and Payment

Clubiqo offers the following subscription models:

Free Trial Period

New users receive 14 days of free access to all platform features. No credit card is required to start the trial period.

Active Subscription

Upon expiration of the trial period, you must select one of the paid plans to continue using all features.

Inactive Subscription

If your subscription expires and is not renewed, access to platform features will be restricted. Your data will be preserved and available upon reactivation of your subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. You may reactivate your subscription whenever you wish.

Manual Extension

The platform administrator may manually extend a user's subscription in certain cases.

7. Acceptable Use

By using the Clubiqo platform, you agree that you will not:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Misuse player data, including health information and emergency contact details
• Share player data with unauthorized individuals
• Attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts
• Enter false or misleading information, particularly health data and emergency contacts
• Disrupt or compromise the operation of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape data from the platform

The user is responsible for the accuracy of all entered data. Special attention should be given to player health data and emergency contacts, as inaccurate information may have serious consequences.

8. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Clubiqo platform, including club data, player information, training records, and membership fees.

Clubiqo does not claim any rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are responsible for the lawful collection of player data. This includes obtaining appropriate consent from parents or guardians for minor players, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Intellectual Property

The Clubiqo brand, including the name, logo, design, software, icons, and all accompanying content, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute Clubiqo software
• Use the Clubiqo brand or logo without written consent
• Reverse engineer or decompile the mobile application or web platform
• Create derivative products based on the Clubiqo platform

10. Limitation of Liability

The Clubiqo platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation of the platform
• We are not liable for data loss resulting from force majeure, technical failures, or unauthorized access by third parties
• We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequences arising from the use of or inability to use the platform
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the use of the Service in the preceding 12 months

We strive to ensure maximum reliability and security of the platform and regularly work on improvements.

11. Termination of Use

By the user: You may stop using Clubiqo at any time. You may deactivate or delete your account from the platform settings.

By Clubiqo: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You use the platform for unlawful activities
• You misuse data of other users
• Your activities compromise the security or stability of the platform

In the event of suspension, you will be notified via email with an explanation and the opportunity to respond to the allegations.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. You will be notified of all material changes via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to cancel your use of the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.
